- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Local Pickup
- We offer local pickup for customers in the area.
- Pickup hours are available Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring your order confirmation email
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Muse Haus Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
